Experiential Learning Opportunities

Experiential Learning Opportunities are part-time, unpaid projects that may count toward course credit. These opportunities allow students to apply existing skills and develop new ones in real-world settings.

• Participation is subject to student-initiated approval from faculty or academic advisors.
• The Talent Foundry does not facilitate, oversee, or take responsibility for these arrangements. All collaboration between students and startups is at the sole discretion of the parties involved.
• The Talent Foundry does not vet candidates or guarantee placement.
• Projects typically focus on areas such as Product, Go-To-Market, Data Analytics, Strategy, and Business Operations.
• Project scope, eligibility for credit, visa considerations, and all other terms must be determined independently by the student in coordination with the startup and their academic institution.

Full-Time Roles

Startups submitting full-time job opportunities are solely responsible for the accuracy of role descriptions, compensation details, and employment terms.

• The Talent Foundry does not vet candidates or guarantee placement.
• All hiring decisions and employment agreements are made directly between the startup and the candidate.
• The Talent Foundry bears no responsibility for candidate performance, legal compliance, or outcomes related to employment.
